Archimed has taken the leap into a new adventure with the association “Nos Quartiers ont des Talents”.
- Objective? To mentor young graduates from priority districts or underprivileged social backgrounds and to provide them with support and guidance in their job searches. This is a new challenge for the company, after the involvement of Archimed’s co-founder Mongi Zidi in the creation of Lille is French Tech.
This is a remarkable project for Archimed, which is aware of the harsh realities facing today’s young graduates when looking for a job. There are currently more than 25 900 young persons who have signed up in the “Nos Quartiers ont des Talents” program and 71% of them have managed to find a job within 7 months.
Archimed will aim to outdo the association’s 780 sponsoring partners and 6 860 mentors. Well aware of the lack of much-needed opportunities and advice for an entire generation, Archimed has pledged to mentor, coach and counsel these youths.
